AppPin Terms of Use

Welcome to AppPin. AppPin is an App Store app bookmarking and lightweight management tool. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

1. Service Description

AppPin's core features include searching apps, viewing public App Store information, saving apps, creating folders, adding notes, marking apps as downloaded, recording recent views, tracking price or version changes, saving App Store links from the system share sheet, and syncing app library snapshots through Apple iCloud when you choose to do so.

AppPin is not a phone cleaning utility. It does not automatically uninstall apps, delete files, clear memory, change system storage, or manage device storage on your behalf. It provides bookmarks and recovery clues; whether to uninstall other apps is your own decision and is completed through iOS.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You should use the app in compliance with applicable laws, Apple App Store rules, and Apple service terms. Parents or guardians should decide whether children may use the app based on applicable laws and family device management requirements.

The app currently does not provide a developer-operated account system and does not require you to register or sign in to a developer server. Apple ID, iCloud, App Store, App Store links, charts, and public app information are provided by Apple and governed by Apple's terms.

3. App Information, Saved Apps, and User Responsibility

App names, icons, developers, prices, ratings, versions, categories, charts, and store links displayed in AppPin mainly come from Apple's public APIs or App Store pages. This information may change by country or region, network conditions, Apple service status, developer updates, or app removal from the App Store.

You are responsible for confirming that saved apps, notes, folders, downloaded markers, tracking preferences, iCloud upload or download actions, imports, exports, and uninstalling other apps match your intent. AppPin does not guarantee that any app will always remain downloadable, purchasable, unchanged in price, or recoverable from the App Store in the future.

4. Fees and Membership Benefits

AppPin offers monthly membership and lifetime membership in-app purchases. Monthly membership is an auto-renewable subscription, and lifetime membership is a non-consumable purchase. Actual prices, currencies, taxes, trial eligibility, renewal rules, and purchase availability are determined by the information displayed by the App Store / StoreKit on the purchase page.

Auto-renewable subscriptions are charged through your Apple ID and may renew automatically before the end of the current period unless cancelled according to Apple's rules. You can view, change, or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings or App Store Apple ID subscription management. Refunds, cancellations, billing disputes, and payment method issues are usually handled by Apple under App Store rules.

5. User Data and Local Content

Saved apps, folders, notes, recent views, downloaded markers, tracking preferences, import/export files, and iCloud snapshots you create in AppPin are your usage data. The app stores this information locally by default. If you choose to upload or download iCloud data, related data may be stored and synced through Apple iCloud.

You are responsible for ensuring that notes, folder names, or other custom content do not violate the rights of others and do not contain illegal, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, explicit, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate material. Because we do not operate a server for storing user app libraries, we usually cannot actively view, moderate, or recover your local or iCloud data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AppPin in any way that may harm the app, Apple services, other users, or third parties, including but not limited to:

Reverse engineering, cracking, or bypassing system permissions, security restrictions, or future paid feature verification.
Using the app for unlawful monitoring, harassment, coercion, privacy invasion, or other improper purposes.
Impersonating AppPin, the developer, Apple, or any third party, or misleading others into believing you are authorized by them.
Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, renting, or sublicensing the app's code, interface, graphics, trademarks, or other protected content without permission.

7. SDKs, Service Changes, and Backup Risks

The app uses third-party SDKs or software libraries for crash diagnostics, network requests, and interface layout. Please see the Privacy Policy for details about data handling. We may update, suspend, restrict, or remove features based on product plans, technical limitations, Apple policies, legal requirements, or operational needs.

AppPin works to keep local storage, App Store information refresh, share extension, import/export, and iCloud sync stable, but we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost, delayed, conflicted, or corrupted across all devices, system versions, network conditions, iCloud states, App Store states, or Apple service states. Before clearing local data, uninstalling the app, switching Apple IDs, disabling iCloud, or changing devices, you should confirm that important saved apps and configurations have been handled properly.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppPin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always operate without errors, remain uninterrupted, be completely secure, or fully meet your needs, and we do not guarantee that public App Store information will always be accurate, complete, or timely.

You are responsible for your decisions and consequences when searching, saving, adding notes, importing, exporting, syncing, clearing data, or uninstalling other apps. AppPin is not responsible beyond what applicable law requires for impacts caused by Apple service changes, third-party app removal, price changes, developer name changes, device setting changes, network errors, or service states outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

The AppPin name, interface design, icons, copy, code, and other content created by us are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the app, except where permitted by law.

Apple, App Store, iCloud, iPhone, iOS, StoreKit, and third-party app names, icons, trademarks, and related content belong to their respective rights holders. AppPin is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. or the developers of third-party apps that are saved, searched, or displayed, unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Terms Updates and Termination

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in features, legal requirements, third-party SDKs, iCloud capabilities, or App Store requirements. When we update the Terms, we will revise the effective date on this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by clearing local data, managing iCloud data, or deleting the app.
